Bindings
Moon-dark, open, yelloww-lit, your death led me
through the hillside under its quiet. Leaves hung,
thousands, zero, shivering downward — pointed,
glittering, frozen.
Break me broken — five years of losing lost now.
Uncle, father, grandmothers, grandpa, Listen.
Now we leaf dance into a bluer silence
not yet our bluest.
