Laurie Barna is a native northern Californian, a retired pediatric RN/NP, an award-winning watercolor and mixed media artist, and most recently, an author. She develops each body of her work based on a strong central content, and the strength of that conviction connects her to a broad viewer base. She is best known for her ongoing Liberty Series, chronicled in her self-published book, The Liberty Series: For the Love of Liberty.
